Negative energy seeps into our space so it is important to keep a positive flow throughout your environment with energetic cleansing rituals. Energetic clearings simply remove these unwanted energies that have been trapped or stagnated in your environment which have been blocking the flow of energy. It is the perfect remedy for easing the stress and anxiety that comes from the demands of modern living.

How does the energetic clearing work?
As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I use Reiki energy to help clear the energy as well as using, crystals, sage and palo santo.
Reiki energy is simply using the universal life energy to help clear and cleanse the space.
Sacred Sage has been used for centuries and although it is known to have been present in many cultures, the most relevant and popular history of this practice comes from the American Indian. Native Americans utilised saging based on the idea that during this process, smoke attached itself to any negative energy, and when the smoke dissipated, any negative energy was taken along as well, thus clearing the room of these not-so-friendly vibes.
Palo santo also known as ‘Holy Wood’ is derived from specific trees found in the South American rainforests of Galapagos Islands, Ecuador and Peru and has been used for most of known history for a variety of healing including medicines, native ceremonies and especially in Incan culture, spiritual clearing of a space, crowd or person. In addition to its ancient uses as a purifying agent, palo santo wood also has a more pleasant scent than sage and does not produce as much smoke as sage can which may be better used for individuals with asthma.
Crystals are excellent to use in the home, on the body or in businesses. Due to their crystalline structure they have a strong and steady energy that flows with a gentle, healing vibrations of earth. Crystals such as black tourmaline (for protection), selenite (to help purify the space and bring in the angels), amethyst (for peace) and rose quartz (for love) are used in clearings when necessary.

After a clearing people usually remark on how much better the energy feels and have peaceful sleeps once again. Arguments have once again dissipated and there is a general feeling of happiness.
