It is the understanding of who you are, of your patterns, your beliefs, your programming and then the unravelling from them. We will do this by looking inside your being in a really honest and compassionate way so that your Soul’s truth can take centre stage in your life.

in this program, we take a couple of 2 week breaks in between (as needed) to integrate and recalibrate to the energies and expansions and to re-set the container.
