Light Language

You have probably heard the term Light Language before and have wondered what it is all about. Well here is a little info I put together on it:

Light Language is a multi dimensional language that I believe is understood by all on a soul level. It speaks directly to your heart, you soul and to your DNA.

Light Language can be used for amazing initiations clearings, activations, alignments, healings and so much more. It can do this as it is a multi-layered stream of information. It is not limited to linear time and may have several origins eg angelic, galactic, elemental etc

The frequency of Light Language bypasses all other systems or beliefs and is absorbed into the energy field in its original format. It's pretty cool stuff!

Light Language mostly cannot be translated word for word as it is a deeply layered alchemical transmission of information. This is a language you truly do feel and translate with your heart.

I have been channelling Light Language since the age of 15. It is such an intrinsic part of who I am. When I first asked about the language, I was told by Mother Mary that 'When in prayer and you can no longer find the human words to match your vibration (because your vibration has transcended this physical world) then this language will be gifted to you. It is the language of the angels.' but as mentioned above, there are many different languages that can be channelled in Light Language.

For myself personally, I use Light Language in times of absolute joy, in times of uncontrollable sadness, in grief, for my healing and for everyday use.

Following is a link to a Light Language transmission I channelled on 6 March 2020 so that you can hear what this can potentially sound like.

If you have any queries about Light Language or you would like a personal song channelled for you, contact me here or you can read some more information about it here.

Sending You So Much Love

Fall in Love With Being the Best Version of Yourself

♥️♥️♥️

Fall in love with the process of becoming the very best version of yourself
— Shruti Gaja

I love this quote so much because it is so true. Even if it is painful, even if it feels as though you might not make it......when we break through those barriers, self limiting beliefs and own our worth and magnificence and step into our divinity, little by little it makes everything worthwhile ♥️

I like to think of healing like a big balloon. While going through the process the balloon expands and stretches just as how we expand and stretch to our limit and then there is this moment of realisation, healing and wholeness and the balloon is popped, the air released and you guessed it, all of the tension is released. It’s that moment where you exhale into the healing ♥️

It is the sweet release in the healing, the knowing and the ultimate wholeness ♥️ and every time you go through a healing you step into the best version of yourself ♥️

Of course this doesn’t only happen in healings, we have EVERY DAY and EVERY MOMENT to be THE VERY BEST VERSION of ourselves but when you break through a big belief or limitation that has been holding you back for so long you do feel this sense of relief, compassion and pure love for yourself and your journey ♥️

Much Love to You All

Fall in Love

New Year, New Word, New Theme.....maybe?

Happy New Year!

I am not the type of person to make resolutions, I never have been, I tried a couple of times but I always ‘failed’ pretty soon after they were made and then I felt like crap so I gave up on them pretty quickly and instead just focussed on what type of person I wanted to be for the year, kind, generous, loving etc you get the idea.

This has evolved into me choosing a word that reflects the main lesson or idea of how I want to live my life for the year ahead. My word last year was TRUST and the Universe provided me with many ways to build trust within myself and with others and with the Universe itself. It was a remarkable year of learning and tending to my wounds and loving them and myself while I healed.

This year my word is EMERGE and I am truly excited to see what magic the year ahead holds.

Emerge

You might be wondering how I came about my word for the year. It’s pretty easy and anyone can do it. I thought about 2018 and the overall feeling I had throughout the year and the lessons I learnt. I thought about what worked for me and what didn’t work and I sat with all of those feelings for a while, the good, the bad, the ugly, the joyous, the magical, the loving feelings…..I sat with them all and allowed myself to feel them all and give gratitude to them and when I felt complete with this stage, I allowed myself to imagine how I want to feel in 2019, all the things I want to accomplish for this year, in my personal life, my business life, my financial life, my family life; in every aspect of my life and as I was dreaming up this life for me I was shown how in 2018 I was in a cocoon, going through a metamorphosis of sorts, a healing and the more I dreamed up what I wanted my life to be like, the more I could feel myself coming out of this cocoon, emerging and spreading my wings. Funnily though, the word came to me days later as I only just saw this vision while in meditation.

If you have not done so as yet or have never thought of finding a word/theme for your year ahead I would encourage you to try it out. Please know there are no hard rules on this, you can have a phrase, you can have more than one word even! It is entirely up to you. You might even have chosen a theme or word for last year and you feel you have not completed it. It just feels incomplete…….guess what? You can have that word again as your word for this year! Listen to Your SOUL, it will let you know what it is you are needing.

So here are my simple steps:

  1. find some quiet time to yourself and centre yourself

  2. look back on 2018 and take stock of all that occurred in it. The good , the bad, the incredible, the ugly and the magical and find their lessons. You may want to write this all down.

  3. give thanks to 2018 for those lessons - they helped you on your way

  4. think about how you want to feel in 2019

  5. start to imagine and dream your life in 2019

  6. allow your word or theme to come through. Listen to YOUR SOUL

  7. write it down! What does this word mean to you?

  8. you can create a vision board with this word in the centre or on the top

  9. live your life to the fullest. Throughout the year come back to this word, ask yourself if your actions are contributing towards it

  10. Create Magic!

I hope this has helped and that you can find your perfect word/theme/phrase for the year.

Whats your word

When I See You Smile

I woke up this morning with this song in my head, 'When I see You Smile' just those words really and I thought about those words and let them become a part of me.

A smile is such a precious gift that we can give someone, whether it be a stranger or a friend or family member. It lights up another's world just by being a smile. It lights our world up simply by smiling. You cannot deny that a beautiful smile whether from yourself or another makes you feel good inside.

"Every time you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person, a beautiful thing" ~ Mother Teresa

According to scientist Andrew Newberg, a smile is the “the symbol that was rated with the highest positive emotional content” Now that's pretty cool!

So here's a bit of science on smiling, it's pretty simple really, when you see someone from the past or something pleasurable, endorphins (happy hormones) are produced and neuronal signals travel from the cortex of your brain to the brainstem (the oldest part of our brains). From there, the cranial muscle carries the signal further towards the smiling muscles in your face. Once the smiling muscles in our face contract, there is a positive feedback loop that goes back to the brain and reinforces our feeling of joy. In other words, smiling stimulates the rewards mechanism in our brain! So when we feel good our brain tells us to smile, then when we smile we tell our brain it is feeling good and the loop repeats itself.

Smiling reduces stress that your body and mind feel and helps to generate more positive emotions within you. That’s why we often feel happier around children because they smile more. On average, children smile 400 times a day. In contrast to happy adults who smile 40-50 times a day. However, statistically, the average adult only smiles about 20 times in one day. What happened to our 380 other smiles? When and why did we stop smiling so much? When and why did we allow society and conditioning to break us and enrol us into thinking that smiling only 20 times a day is acceptable for our well-being?

When I read this statistic I will admit I got really angry. How in the name of all that is good can we live like this and think it is ok? Yes I know there are stresses in this world and hurts and heartaches and grief and loss and so much to not smile about BUT, and here is my BUT there is so much to smile about as well eg the smile of your children, a beautiful butterfly fluttering past you, the sun shining its warmth on you or the rain nourishing the earth, plants and animals. How about a song that makes you feel good inside or evokes an amazing memory? There is so much smile worthy goodness in this world.............As I look out the window, there is dappled sun coming through the window and blinds and it is making a beautiful pattern on my sofa, this simple thing makes me smile.

So my loves, are you ready to embrace the good and the beauty that is around you? Are you ready to seek it out, find it, feel it and express it and in turn release some happy hormones in your life and possibly in the life of another? Because as we know smiles are contagious!

The Power of Words

I had an experience a while back that really got me thinking. I won't lie, this took me a bit by surprise and made me even doubt in myself a little. The thing is, I don't even think that this beautiful soul realised the words she spoke and I am certain she didn't realise the effect it had on me BUT once I realised that these were just my fears cropping up, I could then use my techniques to help resolve them within myself.

I then objectively looked at the words and the emotions that were used in this interaction. This is something I discuss with my clients and children all the time, the power of words and thought I would share my insights.

Words are very powerful instruments.

We use them to communicate with others and with ourself.

The words we use are used by the Universe to mould and create awareness and our reality.

Stop and think about that for a moment......your words create and mould your reality. That's powerful stuff man!

Words Create Our Reality

Words are agreements.

Words are used to express ideas or feelings.

Words have the power to encourage and the power to destroy.

The meaning of words is not absolute and is always open to personal interpretation and to the interpretation or perception of the human consciousness. With this in mind, I tend to carefully choose my words when speaking with someone whether it be a friend, my children, my partner or a client. I know that not only my words but also the emotion behind them and the interpretation in the human consciousness can affect how my words are received by another.

You might be thinking, "but their reaction is theirs not mine and I should not have to change who I am and anyway, isn't it all Divine and maybe it is a good thing for their reaction to come up for their own self development?" and to this I say yes, I totally agree with you, that feeling might have to come up to be healed so that that person can learn some self-love BUT I do believe that when you speak with love even if the words are firm, the vibration of love is always felt and I firmly believe that the same holds true if you speak in fear or in anger. When a message is received in fear or anger it can totally derail someone and negatively affect their self-esteem (and this is what happened to me, the vibration of fear was in the words that were spoken to me)

BUT

When a message is received in a loving, respectful way it encourages growth and self-realisation.

There is a vast difference between the two and I would like to suggest that the question/s you need to ask yourself are "What do I want to leave the person with?", "Do I want to build them up and inspire them?", or even How can I be of service to this being?" Your words have the ability to take someone on a powerful, transformative healing journey and your words also have the power to affect exactly how someone's journey is experienced.

Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
— Yehuda Berg

A point to note is that this goes with self-talk as well. How we speak to ourselves, how we present our wants in this world is also affected by the language we use. You might be thinking I would like a loving relationship where we hold, repect, cherish and nurture each other BUT you might actually be saying out loud, I want a relationship where I am taken care of. Do you see the difference? Being taken care of implies that you either cannot take care of yourself or you are not willing to take responsibility for yourself.

My belief is that we must speak with each other and ourselves in a mindful way; a way that is respectful; a way that is gentle, humble, loving and honest. If we can all be mindful in conversations with each other then we can make this world just that much more beautiful.

With Love and Blessings

Morning Musings.............Love is a Battlefield???

I woke up this morning with the song "Love is a Battlefield" in my head and I thought to myself 'is it really?'

You see my husband and I have been going through some challenging times so I understand why this was playing in my head when I woke up but as I walked outside and kissed my cherubs good morning and patted my pup Amber and as I gave and received loved I thought to myself again, "Is it really? Is LOVE really a battlefield because right now, in this moment, it is easy and pure" and as I felt into this I knew I was right; Love is Love; Love is Easy and Pure!

Love is Love.png

So if Love is Love and Easy and Pure, why does it sometimes feel like a battlefield?? the answer came to me and it was so simple, it is our thoughts which create emotions which complicate it and turn it into a battlefield! Simple right?

The trick therefore is to get out of our heads, to release the thoughts and to stop perpetuating the battle. LET IT GO! LET IT GO! LET IT GO! This doesn't mean to roll over and float around with the tide, it means to stand in your power, reclaim it and let go of the negative thoughts that create the negative emotions because when you do this you can feel and see the answers to whatever it is that is weighing on you.

So my loves, clear your head so that you can allow your HEART and your SOUL to speak to you. Quiet your mind and listen to your heart, feel and see what your heart desires and work towards that.

I invite you now to take off your armour

  • Take a deep breath in and on the exhale let it go; let it all out! Let out all of those pre-conceived ideas of what should be.
  • Take another deep breath in and this time on the exhale let go of the armour that is around your heart, let it melt away, let it burn off, let it explode off, rip it off with your bare hands. It is time my loves to take it off for you are not in a battle.
  • Take one more deep breath in and I want you to feel that air flowing through your being, through your lungs and entering your heart. On the exhale feel your heart fully open and expand while simultaneously releasing any of the last remnants of what is making way for what could be

So much love to you all beautiful Spirit Weavers

Love, Love, Love, Love; Crazy Love!

Love is the most powerful emotion there is but, can you define love? What does love actually mean? The meaning quite possibly changes from person to person and definitely changes from relationship to relationship eg mother to daughter; partner love; sibling; friendships etc.

sunset-hands-love-woman (2).jpg

The ancient Greeks used 7 words to define the different states of love:

Storge: natural affection, the love you share with your family.

Storge is the effortless love that parents have for their children.  It is characterised by acceptance, forgiveness, and sacrifice. Through this love, children come to understand comfort, nurturing, security, and safety.

Philia: the love that you have for friends.

Philia is connected to companionship, trust, and friendship and most often exists when values are shared and feelings are mutually reciprocated. The Greeks considered Philia to be love among equals. It is free from physical attraction and has more to do with loyalty or a sense of team.

Eros: sexual and erotic desire kind of love.

Eros is sexual desire in its purest form. Eros is both intense, consuming, and yet also quick to fade. Relationships built only on this form of love do not tend to last, which provides immense insight into the many short-lived relationships in our society that glamorises Eros.

Agape: this is the unconditional love, or divine love.

Agape is what we feel for humanity, Mother Earth, and the Divine. We tap into Agape most easily through meditation, time in nature, and following our intuition while walking our spiritual path. Agape is given without expectation of anything in return.  The Greeks considered Agape, the highest form of love. It is bigger than our individual selves, free from desire and expectations, and exists despite shortcomings. It is connected to All That Is.

Ludus: this is playful love, like flirting.

Imagine the early stages of falling in love or the playfulness that exists between new lovers.  It’s characterized by teasing, euphoria, flirting, and butterflies in the stomach. Despite the emphasis on what is new, long-term relationships need Ludus as well. It’s the secret ingredient to keeping love fresh and exciting.

Pragma: long standing love. The love in a married couple.

Pragma is love that has had time to age and develop over time. Pragma has transcended the casual and moved beyond the physical. There is an easy harmony and balance. Unlike Storge, Pragma requires effort from both parties. It is the art of learning compromise, developing patience, and being tolerant. It is characterised by duty, respect, admiration, compromise, and working toward common goals.

Philautia: the love of the self

Our sense of belonging and purpose come from Philautia.  It is the self-love and self-worth needed to believe in ourselves so that we can walk our spiritual path. Philautia can be either healthy or unhealthy.  The unhealthy variety is connected to hubris and narcissism. It focuses on fame, wealth, and pleasure.  The healthy form of Philautia teaches us that we must learn to love ourselves first in order to truly love others; nor can we care for each other before we learn to do that for ourselves. The Greeks believed that the only way to true happiness was to learn unconditional love for yourself. It is the most direct way to experience spiritual freedom in this life.

heart-mussels-harmony-love-161002.jpeg

Imagine just for a moment, if we as a society learnt and understood the 7 different types of love or states of love. We learnt how each state of love feels. How beautiful would the world be. When we can be aware of the types of love that exists. How beautiful to be able to define the love we have for someone with one simple word and that person understand exactly what you mean.

Love is complex but not complicated (we make it complicated); Love is something that we all yearn for, it is what we are made of, it is what we thrive on and it is what we risk a lot for as well. Love is always incredibly juicy, exhilarating and rewarding and within every relationship, within each type of love lies an entire landscape of emotions and feelings and moments for us to savour, learn from and expand our knowledge on the depth of the word LOVE that we as a society so often throw about without really knowing the full impact of the what love actually is and without understanding the type of love that we feel for the other.

So although LOVE is LOVE, within the human word LOVE and within the emotions of LOVE there are many types of LOVE. Defining love and knowing how its different forms interact with each other and manifest in our lives is therefore vital for our development.

So I ask you today, which types of love do you have in your life? and Do you choose and invite love into your life?

Much Love & Blessings

The Magic of Lapis Lazuli

Lapis Lazuli is a truly beautiful stone. Dark blue with flecks of gold pyrite through it and white calcite. Looking at it automatically takes you back to Ancient Egypt, when Pharaohs ruled. In fact, it was used to decorate the Pharaohs and is known as a stone of royalty and spirituality. To this day Lapis Lazuli still carries the vibration of the inner ‘queen’ or ‘king’ that lies dormant within us all.

Natural Lapis Lazuli on Calcite with some Pyrite

Natural Lapis Lazuli on Calcite with some Pyrite

Lapis Lazuli is best known as a spiritual awakener. It activates the higher mind and psychic abilities. It helps with inner vision and honest, open communication. It helps you journey deep into your being, allowing a Divine connection to self. The pyrite inclusions in lapis lazuli, help you to act upon your highest ideals and visions while the calcite clears the energy systems of the body to allow these higher spiritual energies to integrate with your soul. A match made in heaven.

I decided to connect in with the energy for Lapis Lazuli for myself...........

As soon as I hold onto the piece of Lapis Lazuli, I feel my third eye expand, my chest and throat open and tears stream down my face. I notice there is a cool breeze blowing on my face and as I turn, I meet my Higher Self in an open field. We run to each other and touch foreheads and as we do, there is light pulsating as Divine information is exchanged and then everything goes dark. I see a beam of light shining in the distance and go towards it. As I reach closer to the light, I see the light is coming from a keyhole. I go towards it and look in and I see myself….reminding me that I hold the key within me.

For me, Lapis Lazuli is a powerful reminder that we all hold the key to our happiness and our Divine guidance within us……we just have to be willing to look in, accept, love and trust ourselves

Lapis Lazuli Freeform

I invite you now to connect in with your own piece of Lapis Lazuli or you can use one of the pictures here to connect with.

Connecting In With Lapis Lazuli

Choose a piece of lapis lazuli and cleanse the crystal. You can use intention, sound, golden light or any other method you would like to use to cleanse the energy of your crystal.

Lapis Lazuli Tumble

Lapis Lazuli Tumble

Now that your crystal is cleansed, hold it to your heart and breathe love into your crystal. Now hold the crystal to your third eye and focus on the intention of connecting in with the crystal while it is there on your third eye. Now place the crystal on whichever part of your body feels right and breathe in the energy of the crystal. Let its energy infuse with that of yours and allow your third eye and intuition open to the message your piece of lapis lazuli has for you. Once you have received the wisdom and healing from your crystal, thank it and honour it by sending love to it.

I would suggest you record any insights and messages you received during your meditation.

When Tears Are All There Is

Let's be honest, sometimes life is tough. It can sometimes feel like life has taken you by the hands and then face planted you in the dirt. You are left dazed and confused and most often scared and then the tears start to flow as you try to make sense of everything that has just happened.

Today I am here to tell you to let those tears fall. Let them fall and fall until there are no more. Allow yourself this most sacred space so that you can heal. I have found more often than not, that in these times, tears are a vital step towards healing. There is sacredness in tears and they help to cleanse the soul in the same way a rainstorm helps to cleanse Mother Earth. They help to relieve stress, anxiety, sadness and grief. In other words, they remove the debris; the tangible, forceful emotions that have pooled within so that they can be released and we can find some peace and emotional relief. They help us to think clearly once they have passed so that understanding can occur.

The cure for anything is salt water: sweat, tears or the sea
— Isak Dinesen

Dr William Frey, a Biochemist and “tear expert” at the Ramsey Medical Center in Minneapolis discovered that emotional tears have special health benefits, they contain everything a normal reflex tear (98% water) does but they also contain a stress hormone which through crying gets released from the body. This explains why tears help us to feel better as they are literally removing the built up stress hormone from our bodies. It has also been noted that tears stimulate the production of endorphins, the "feel good" hormone in our body.

No wonder why having a good cry makes us feel better!

Tears Are Healing

So the next time you feel overwhelmed and as if you need a good cry, remember this,

TEARS ARE HEALING

Allow yourself the freedom to sink into those emotions and cry those healing, cleansing tears out.

When the Gloves Come Off

What do you do when the gloves come off? When there is nothing else to face but yourself, your shadow, your light, your essence, your Divinity?

Today is a new moon solar eclipse and yesterday all of my veils dropped away as I swam in the ocean, the hurt, the pain, the fear, the anger, the dark......I was faced staring at my shadow in its totality. I was faced staring down the "ugly" parts of myself I don't always want to see and I realised that yes, although these parts do not always serve my Higher Self, these are all aspects of myself and I also realised that I had a choice to make....

I could either choose to leave the gloves on and keep on fighting with myself trying to live up to an idea of what I think I should be

OR

I could choose to take the gloves off, sink into myself and truly embrace all of these aspects including my shadow and learn how to work with them.

You see, we all have this choice to make, to either embrace ourselves wholly or run away and hide parts from not only the world but from ourselves as well. BUT the question then arises: When we do this, how are we serving ourselves? How can we really serve anyone and how are we facilitating our ascension?

How can we live in truth if we cannot admit when we are Not being truthful to ourselves?

I can hear a BUT coming on.........let me explain further........A point to note is that just because you have accepted these aspects of self doesn't mean that you cannot work on forgiveness, on releasing the anger and the pain and fear. These tasks are imperative for our ascension and for our coming back to oneness with self and all.

Taking the gloves off simply means, facing every aspect of yourself, recognising them, acknowledging them, embracing their existence so that we can transmute them into LOVE cause really LOVE is all there is and it is only LOVE that can reunite all aspects.

Are you ready to take those gloves off? Go on I dare you to.......It's really not as scary as you think.

Much Love & Blessings

My New Program

I am so excited!! I have just launched my new and I might add, my first program ever!!

7 Month Transformational Program Image

In this program, we will be delving deep into each of our seven major chakra energy points. We will be working together to release old belief systems and vows so we can free ourselves from these outdated patternings and programmes that are usually unconsciously running through us.

I remember the first time I came across a Sacred Vow, I was a participant in an amazing workshop hosted by Julia Inglis where we created Medicine Dolls. In this workshop, we journeyed back through our lives to a time when we made a sacred vow.

For me, I went back to a particular life when I was chosen to me the medicine woman of our tribe. I remember feeling such excitement over this privilege and I also remember being confused at why my parents looked so sad. I would later learn that they were sad because as much of an honour it was, there were great sacrifices that came with the position; one of them was the sacrifice of family for my healing art.

I vowed to not have a partner or children and to dedicate my life completely to my work.

When I realised this everything clicked into place for me. You see in this present life, I was already pursuing my healing path and I had 3 beautiful children BUT I had this internal conflict going on inside of me that I couldn't understand.....I felt like I couldn't have it both.

Releasing this vow was incredibly transformational for my life, for my family and for pursuing my soul work.

Ever since this workshop I have been doing research on sacred vows and releasing ones that I have made throughout my lives. I didn't know it then, but that day was really the start of this program as it opened a door for me.

If you are ready for change, to acknowledge and release these old patterns, programmes, vows and belief systems contact me and let's work together. It would be my privilege to work with you and to gently guide you on this journey back to self.

Much Love
